Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. That is why we offer absolute satisfaction guarantee that ensures you will receive your item on time and as described. Everyone who shops on www.uniquecoh.com receives the following guarantees:
- Full refund, if you do not receive your order.
- Full or partial refund, if the item is received damaged or not as described.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Easy Returns
- Wrong Or Damaged Item Received in Order:
- If you receive an order with any wrong or damaged item, kindly inform us at your earliest at support@uniquecoh.com, within 3 days of receipt of the item.
- We will arrange a courier to pick up the damaged or wrong item and once it is received, our warehouse team will inspect. After inspection of the damaged or wrong item, We will send you the Full or Partial Refund amount whatever is applicable.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags, all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt /invoice or proof of purchase.
We do not accept:
– Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
– Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed,
No Return On Lingerie /Swim/ Beach Wear Products/Socks/Stockings
Products which are ordered online by all platforms categorized under Lingerie Section / Undergarments and other personal products are non-returnable as well as non-refundable. Similarly, we strongly believe in maintaining proper hygiene for our customers and not to accept return or exchange of the products which can be unhygienic for others.
No Returns On Cosmetic / Makeup Products / Toiletries / Perfumes
As we are keen to maintain hygiene and the safety of our customers, we do not accept the returns from Cosmetics / Makeup Products / Toiletries / Perfumes also, products which are unsealed, broken in packaging or found used, will not be accepted for returns. Furthermore, makeup accessories which are applicable on Face, Lips or Others (i.e. Lipsticks, Lip Liners, Lip Gloss, Eye Shadows, Foundation, Eye Liners, Mascara etc.) cannot be returned in any condition. If we receive the products like Makeup Tools, Storage or Non-Applicable Accessories in our Returns Department, we check them thoroughly and make sure that the item is in original condition. If found broken or used, we dispose of it immediately and the Customers will not be refunded the amount.
No Returns On Jewellery
For your clear understanding, we have mentioned the points which are commonly asked by the customers while requesting a Refund or Return:
1. Wrong Or Damaged Item Received in Order:
- If you receive an order with any wrong or damaged item, kindly inform us at your earliest, within 3 days to our Customer Support email.
- We will arrange a courier to pick up the damaged or wrong item and once it is received. our warehouse team will inspect. After inspection of the damaged or wrong item, We will send you the Full or Partial Refund amount whatever is applicable.
2. Products / Orders which cannot be returned:
- Lingeries, Undergarments, Swimwear, Beachwear, Socks/ Stockings Jewellery, Cosmetics, Makeup, Perfumes, Toiletry items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
- Used/Reconditioned product or with Broken/Removed tags will not be considered for return as well as if the product is found dirty.
3. COD (Cash on delivery) order Refund amount will be deposited to your bank account .
